Praise Report For Laurie Schwartz

The shawl above was created and inspired by God as a mantle of prayer for Laurie Schwartz as she is having surgery today to remove a lump in her breast. Bright pink is for our boldness as we stand against the enemy and his attack on her body, and white is for her pure heart.

Praise Report: Laurie's surgery was successful this morning! Seems the doctor got everything out and that there is no evidence that cancer has spread to her limph nodes. Praise God.

God Answered Prayer For Yarn For Baby Blankets

Thanks so much Linda for your generous donation of yarn for me to be able to further God's mission to make baby blankets through the Prayer Shawl Ministry.

It touched my heart when you told me, "Gee this isn't the hard part". "What the babies and the families are going through is the difficult part, and that it was the least you could do for them".

Linda, your compassion will reach the heart of many famalies.

Love you - Bonnie on behalf of the babies in NICU

Favorable Pathology Result for my Sister Debbie

Thanks so much for your prayers, as my sister Debbie was given a favorable pathology result when she went to the sergeant today. It seems that they caught it in time and that the mass was benign. It had not gotten into the pre-cancerous stage. She is scheduled to revisit her doctor in 3 months.

Once again, my sister, my family and I appreciate your prayers.

Sincerely,
Bonnie

Praise Report For My Sister Debbie

My sister Debbie’s surgery went well this afternoon. Although the doctor removed a little larger than the expected growth, she is optimistic in finding that Debbie’s situation is not due to cancer. Debbie should receive the final results of the pathology report on Tuesday.

I really do appreciate your prayers for they have truly been a mantle and covering of God’s love for me and my family. It means so much to me to know that you care. Having that little bit of “faith” only the size of that little mustard seed when we may be in doubt can provide the strength we need during our trials to carry us through.

Thanks again so much for your prayers, they really helped me, my family and Debbie get through what could have been a horrifying experience today.

Sincerely,

Bonnie

P.S. – Just a bit of information - Juest when Satan wanted to rob and distroy all of our hope, the Lord's glory illuninated brightly in His face.

Thanks so much for remembering Debbie and all of us in your prayers this week as I knew you would. My mother didn’t want worry me so she didn’t tell me until yesterday that after Debbie’s pre-hospitalization EKG test, the results were less than favorable. It showed that she had suffered a heart attack. However, after finding a heart specialist and having him perform an ultrasound, he advised Debbie that sometimes (more than enough) EKG results can be misleading. He assured my sister that her heart is fine and that she should go ahead with the surgery that was scheduled for today. I must admit that If Debbie didn’t suffer a heart attack before the EKG, that she (and my parents) surely almost had one afterwards due to the extra stress and expense from receiving the wrong diagnosis. At that point Debbie was at peace and just wanted to get her surgery over with as scheduled for today.

Peru Mission Was A Success

The mission was indeed successful. We saw 485 patients, supplying treatments, medication, clothing and prayers. The Peruvian people are so thankful for all that we do. Attached are pictures of two of those receiving your shawls. I took them with my camera. The first one is a missionary couple. They were so happy to be selected. The second is a mother and her baby. The shawls and the people who received them were prayed over. (Thanks Margaret for assisting me with my mission of distributing shawls created to honor God and offer hope through the Prayer Shawl Ministry).

Live Each Day To The Fullest And Remember The Friends Who Make A Difference In Our Lives

Remember... live every day to the fullest. Each minute is a blessing from God. And never forget.... the people & friends who make a difference in our lives are not the ones with the most Credentials, the most money, or the most awards. They are the ones that care for us.
